We loved Tropical Palms Resort! The cottages were exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. The office staff made us feel welcomed and checking in was a breeze. The security staff were amazing. The pool and baby pool were the highlight. The proximity to Disney was fantastic and we can't wait to return.

The location was perfect for visiting the theme parks and the staff treated us wonderfully, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to stay again on our next Disney trip!

For the price we paid, Tropical Palms Resort provided excellent value. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from Disney parks and within walking distance of Old Town. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The neighbors next to me were repeat visitors, which speaks volumes about the quality of the resort. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient and friendly office staff. The security staff were also amazing and made me feel safe as I explored the surrounding area. I truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived at the gated entrance of Old Town Kissimmee. The resort was well-equipped with plenty to do onsite, and it was conveniently located near shops and attractions. I had a fantastic time at the resort and I cannot wait to come back.
